These terms are intentionally short and plain-English. By using BrainyPDF, you agree to the basics below.

Use BrainyPDF only on files you are allowed to process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any document you upload.

BrainyPDF provides both browser-native tools (processing happens on your device) and server-side tools (files are transmitted to secure servers for the operation). For server-side tools, files are encrypted during transfer, processed in temporary storage, and permanently deleted immediately after download.

Do not attempt to abuse the free limits, bypass security, or upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content.

Outputs are provided as-is and should be reviewed before being used in production workflows.

Some features may change as the product evolves over time.

BrainyPDF is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
