Files and processing
BrainyPDF offers two types of tools. Browser-native tools process your files on your device — no file data is transmitted to any server. Server-side tools process files on secure servers with temporary storage. Files are deleted after processing. No file contents are retained.
Data we store
For free-tier usage we store only operational data needed for usage limits and service health, not file contents. We do not read, scan, or mine your document content for any purpose.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the service functioning. Non-essential cookies, analytics, and related tracking stay disabled until you opt in via the consent banner.
Your rights
You can contact us about data questions, deletion, or access requests. Paid accounts will have self-serve controls once the account experience is shipped.
