BrainyPDF runs entirely in your browser, which means we never receive the PDF files you process. If you need help with a specific document, describe the issue and the tool you used — screenshots of error messages (without sensitive content) are especially helpful.

Reporting bugs
When reporting a technical issue, please include your browser name and version, operating system, the BrainyPDF tool you used, and steps to reproduce the problem. Because files stay local, we cannot inspect your PDF — a description of the file type (scan, form, encrypted, etc.) helps us diagnose edge cases.
